This 5K is a walk/run to support recovery from addictions of all types, as addiction does not only come in the form of drugs and alcohol. We want to raise awareness as well as offer support and information for individuals and families who are suffering with addiction. There will be an event after the race with food trucks, music, and tents providing information and resources to help. Race on your own or do it with a team of 5! Team registrations are less per runner and you can fundraise to pay for the team's registration, so find some friends to race against on a team! All net proceeds will go towards a scholarship fund to help those who have a financial need to enter a program or other recovery-type need.
